Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
1. Put all wet ingredients in the bowl
2. Add all dry ingredients in the bowl on top of the wet, (do not put the mini chocolate chips in yet)
3. Use a spatula to gently mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Once blended stir in your chocolate chips
4. Place twelve liners into your muffin pan
5. Evenly distribute the batter between the 12 liners.
6. Cook, Eat and Enjoy
TIP1:
If your batter makes more or less of these depending on the size liners you want to use, simply add up the calories i have provided and divide by the number of muffins to get the calories per one muffin.
TIP2:
Don't have apple sauce at hand? Why not half the amount to 1 cup and use canned pumpkin instead and make these even less in calories!
