Ingredients:
9 slices | Wheat Bread, butter and spread lightly with minced garlic |
6 | Medium Eggs |
6 | Strips of Cooked Bacon, drained & crumbled |
6 oz | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
4 oz | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
1 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | (skim) Milk |
Directions:
Cut bread into 1-inch pieces and sprinkle about two-thirds of the cubes into a 9x13" greased baking pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the bacon over the bread. Add the remaining cubed bread, mozzarella cheese and bacon. Beat the eggs, milk, and mayonaisse together in a bowl. Pour over ingredients in the pan; press lightly to be sure all of the bread cubes are covered with the egg mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Uncover. Add the Parmesan cheese on top and Bake for another 1/4 to 1/2 hour or until set.
