Ingredients:
| 3 | Eggs |
| 2 cups | Sugar |
| 1½ tsp | Pure Vanilla Extract |
| 1½ tsp | Pure Almond Extract |
| ½ cup | Vegetable Oil |
| ½ cup | Melted Butter |
| 1 cup | Buttermilk |
| 1½-2 cups | Mashed Bananas |
| 1½ tsp | Salt |
| 1½ tsp | Baking Soda |
| 3 cups | All Purpose Flour |
| 1½-2 cups | Semisweet Chocolate Chips |
| ½ cup | Walnuts |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two 9 inch loaf pans with nonstick spray. Line the bottom of each pan with parchment paper and flour the bottom and sides of each pan. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, oil, melted butter, buttermilk, and banana with an electric mixer until mixed well. Add salt, baking soda, flour, chocolate chips, and walnuts, then mix thoroughly. Bake for 40 minutes, covered with foil. Remove foil and bake another 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown, and a toothpick comes out clean.
