Banana, Cranberry Bread With Streusel Topping

Ingredients:
| Banana, cranberry bread: | |
| 1½ cups | All-purpose Flour |
| 1 tsp | Baking Soda |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Cinnamon |
| ¼ tsp | Nutmeg |
| ½ tsp | Vanilla |
| 1 cup | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs Beaten |
| ¼ cup | Butter, melted |
| 3 | Bananas, mashed |
| ¾ cup | Ocean Spray Cranberries |
| Streusel Topping: | |
| ¼ cup | Unsalted Butter |
| ½ cup | Brown Sugar |
| ½ cup | All-purpose Flour |
| ½ cup | Uncooked Oatmeal |
| ½ tsp | Nutmeg |
| ½ tsp | Cinnamon |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a bread pan.
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Mix in eggs, vanilla, melted butter and mashed bananas, and stir in cranberries. Pour into baking pan.
To make streusel topping, put the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed.
Add flour, nutmeg, cinnamon,oatmeal and salt.
With your fingers work into a crumb like mixture.
Now place on top of mixture in loaf pan.
Bake until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean (approximately 50-60 minutes).
