Bananasauce Bread

Mashed banana is combined with applesauce for this quick bread. It's also flavored with cinnamon, and may contain chopped nuts, if you wish.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs; add milk, applesauce and banana. Stir in dry ingredients. Bake in large greased bread (loaf) pan for 50-60 minutes, or until bread tests done.
Notes: Recommendation: Silicone bread pan works wonders for this recipe!
