Blueberry bread

This is a very healthy recipe because it is made with fruit, whole wheat and has very little fat
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Method
In medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine the orange peel, egg, juice and applesauce. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir just until incorporated. Add berries and nuts.
