Cheesy Corn Spoon Bread

These delicious corn muffins make a great addition to your favorite chili. The sour cream and Swiss cheese really add a great flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 oz pkg cornbread mix
- 1 8 oz can cream style corn
- 1 8 oz can sweet corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8 X 8 baking dish. Combine eggs, cornbread mix, all corn, sour cream, melted butter and 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese. Pour into baking dish and bake 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
