Christmas Morning Cake
This holiday tradition isn't just for Christmas morning. Enjoy it all year long for special occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 24 count package of frozen dinner rolls, thawed but not risen
- 4 oz. box of COOK AND SERVE butterscotch pudding
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar

Method
Cut thawed dinner rolls in half, place in greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and butterscotch pudding over cut rolls, top with pats of butter. Cover with towel and put in warm place. When risen, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Turn onto dish and enjoy!
Notes: This recipe is actually my sister Karen's, but she shared it with me. We eat it every Christmas morning after we open our gifts. Of course, it works well for any other occasion as well, and bakes up beautifully! It comes out with a wonderful caramel coating! Enjoy!
