Cinnaberry Muffins

The combination of cinnamon, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries keeps these muffins true to their name.
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- Glaze:
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 1/2 cup powered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add in vanilla and one egg at a time until well blended. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients and add into wet ingredients, alternating with the addition of the milk. Once combined, beat together on medium speed for one minute, scraping sides of bowl, and then fold in berries. Line 18 muffin cups with paper linings and fill 2/3 cup full. Bake in center of oven for 15 to 18 minutes until browned and done to touch. While muffins are baking, melt butter and add 1 cup powdered sugar, add the rest if necessary. You don't want glaze to be real stiff, just soft enough to use a pastry brush to put glaze on muffins. Remove from pan and place on wire rack. Brush on glaze immediately.
Notes: The berries can be either fresh or frozen. You can either serve these muffins warm or cooled.
