Lemon juice and orange juice provide the citrus while chocolate pudding brings the chocolate flavor to the table.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. In a medium sized mixing bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate smaller bowl, combine milk, buttermilk, vanilla, egg, juices, melted butter, and orange zest. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in liquid mixture. Stir just until all dry ingredients are moistened and incorporated, do not over mix. Fill muffin cups about 1/4 full. Place a small dollop of chocolate pudding filling in center of cup, then fill cup with batter until about 2/3 full. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until muffins are lightly browned on top and a toothpick inserted in middle comes out almost clean. Place muffins on a wire rack and cool completely.

These muffins are great slightly chilled.
