Coconut Bread - (coconut Flour)

|½ cup||Sifted Coconut Flour|
|⅓ cup||Coconut Oil or Butter, melted|
|¾ tsp||Baking Powder|
Blend together eggs, butter, honey and salt. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk thoroughly into batter until there are no lumps. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch or smaller loaf pan and bake at 175C (350F) for 30 to 35 minutes.
If it springs back with a gentle press in the center, it is done.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
