Cranberry-orange Bread

Ingredients:
| 2 cups | Flour |
| ¾ cup | Sugar |
| 1½ tsp | Baking Powder |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| ½ tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 cup | Sweetened, dried cranberries |
| ½ cup | Chopped Pecans |
| 1 | Beaten Egg |
| ¾ cup | Orange Juice |
| 2 Tbsp | Oil |
| Glaze | |
| 1 cup | Powdered Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp | Cream Cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | Orange Juice |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9 1/2 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients including cranberries and pecans.
Combine egg, orange juice and oil. Add to dry ingredients stirring just until moistened.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. The bread will be golden brown when done. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
Glaze
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add other ingredients and mix until smooth.
When bread is cool, transfer to a plate and cover top with glaze, allowing it to drip down the sides.
