These muffins contain cranberries that are rolled in sugar and folded into the sweet and buttery batter.
In a mixing bowl combine egg and milk. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to the milk and egg mixture along with the melted butter.
Roll cranberries in the 2 tablespoon sugar and fold carefully into the batter. Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
