Crazy Chocolate Muffins

These easy stir-together chocolate muffins are good. They are sweetened by corn syrup along with the sugar and cocoa powder adds the chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix ingredients; spray muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 18-20 minutes
