Creamed Corn Muffins

A can of creamed corn and Bisquick combine for super-simple corn muffins.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8 oz can creamed corn
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup

Method
Mix all ingredients together. Grease or spray a 12 cup muffin pan. Divide mixture into 12 portions and place in pan. Bake at 400 degrees about 16 minutes.
Notes: You can also add chopped scallions to the batter. Or if you like sweet muffins, 1/4 cup raisins and 1 tbsp orange juice concentrate. Pecan pieces may also be added.
