Deceptively Delicious Banana Bread

Whole wheat flour and skim milk are just two ways that this Banana bread is baked a bit healthier than the others.
Ingredients
- 2 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a bread pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Combine dry ingredients from flour to nutmeg in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, milk, egg and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring in bananas, and then add walnuts. Spread evenly in bread pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until fork inserted in middle comes out clean.
