Method
Cook cottage cheese and butter until butter is melted. Cool to 110 - 115 degrees. In bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add all ingredients except flour. Mix well w/cottage cheese and butter blend. Add 3 c. flour and beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic (just a little kneading will do). Place in greased bowl. Cover. Let rise in a warm place until double in size (about an hour). Punch down. Divide into 24 balls. Put in greased 13 X 9" or lasagna pan. Rise until double (about 45 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
