Easy Cheesy Italian Bread Machine Loaf

This yeasty loaf contains bread flour, cornmeal, ricotta and shredded Italian-blend cheeses, plus dried Italian seasoning, onion, and chopped dried tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded Italian-blend cheese
- 2 Tablespoons finely minced onion
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons canned sundried tomatoes in oil, drained & chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil from sundried tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 2/3 cups bread flour
- 2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Method
Place ingredients in 1.5 pound bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer. Choose the normal bread setting and the medium crust color choice.
Notes: I have had good luck making this with both the regular and the rapid settings on my machine. This bread makes a delicious partner for any Italian meal!
