Fish Fry Corn Fritters

Crispy fried corn fritters--a great side dish for your next fish fry.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Pioneer biscuit mix
- 1 egg, beaten slightly
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can (regular size) cream style corn

Method
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well mixed. Drop by ice tea spoonful into hot oil. Turn when brown on one side. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes: These are especially good if you serve with fried fish. Serve with honey if desired.
