Method
Stir together flours, Mrs. Dash seasoning, herbs, and salt. Place tomatoes with their juice, the 3 tbsp. oil and the vinegar in bread machine. Add dry ingredients. Add yeast. Run bread machine on dough cycle. Add pepperoni and olives at the time of the "raisin signal." Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When dough is ready, remove from machine and divide in half. Place each half on a lightly floured non-stick cookie sheet and pat into a circle, approximately 10-inches in diameter. Brush dough with a little more olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Add additional fresh basil and thyme or garlic powder, if desired. Bake in the preheated oven about 15-20 minutes.
