French Toast Cinnamon Rolls

Refrigerated cinnamon rolls are baked and cooled, then sliced in half and dipped in a mixture of beaten eggs, milk and ground cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Maple syrup

Method
Bake rolls according to package directions; allow to cool. Reserve icing. (Best if cooled overnight.) Slice rolls in half horizontally. Mix eggs with milk and cinnamon. Dip slices into egg mixture and place onto hot griddle. Cook 1 minute; flip and cook about 1 minute more. Serve with reserved icing and maple syrup.
