Ground Flax & Cranberry Banana Bread

|1¾||Unbleached All-purpose Flour|
|1¼ tsp||Baking Powder|
|½ tsp||Baking Soda|
|2 Tbsp||Ground Cinnamon|
|½ cup||Ground Flax Seed|
|⅓ cup||Canola Oil|
|1 cup||Chopped Mashed Ripe Bananas|
|1½ cup||Dried Cranberries or Craisins|
Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ground flax seed.
With electric mixer, beat together sugar and oil. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Add flour/cinnamon mixture and mashed bananas alternately. Beat until smooth and fold in dried cranberries.
Turn batter into lightly greased 8x4x2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve slightly warm or cool.
