Hersheyâ’s Double Chocolate Muffins

These delectable muffins are a favorite offering of the Hershey Hotel in Hershey, Pennsylvania - the sweetest place on earth!

  • Servings: 15 muffins

Ingredients:

4 oz Hersheyâ’s Cocoa Powder
14½ oz All-purpose Flour
20 oz Light Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
4 tsp Baking Soda
1½ tsp Salt
12 oz Hersheyâ’s Mini Chocolate Chips
4 Eggs
16 oz Milk
4 tsp Vanilla
6 tsp Vinegar
8 oz Butter, melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. In a second bowl combine eggs, milk, vanilla, vinegar, and butter. Mix together flour mixture and egg mixture until well blended. Pour into greased, sprayed, or cupcake paper-lined muffin pans, (makes 15 muffins). Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
