1. In medium bowl, lightly beat eggs and milk. 2. Mix in honey and orange juice. 3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture; cook in a non-stick skillet until lightly browned on both sides. 4. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar to serve.
