Kelly's Clotted Cream

This cream is a great addition to breakfast breads and scones in particular.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Method

Using whisk attachment on mixer whip heavy cream until stiff peaks. Remove from mixer and hand whisk in sour cream and sugar. Store in fridge until ready to serve.

Notes: Great with my luscious lemon curd and Kreme Scones.
