Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups baking mix
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Method
Combine baking mix with the, egg, water, and oil. Stir until moistened: batter will be slightly lumpy. Cook on a hot, greased griddle. Flip when bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to turn brown.
