Add the ingredients to the bread machine as directed by the manufacturer. Add the cheese and water together. Select "light crust" and push Start. Remove bread from pan when done; cool on cake rack for 1 hour before slicing.
Smelling the wonderful aroma of this bread is just about as great as it is eating it. Your home will smell like an Italian eatery...MMMmmmm.
