Pepperoni-Spinach-Feta Italian Cheese Bread

This savory bread combines spinach, garlic spread, feta cheese, pepperoni and pepper-jack cheese in a yeast dough that also contains wheat bran.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain well
- 2-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/3 cup wheat bran
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons garlic spread (in the spice section)
- 1/3 cup Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup finely diced pepperoni
- 3/4 cup shredded pepper-jack cheese
- 1/2 cup water

Method
Add the ingredients to the bread machine as directed by the manufacturer. Add the cheese and water together. Select "light crust" and push Start. Remove bread from pan when done; cool on cake rack for 1 hour before slicing.
Notes: Smelling the wonderful aroma of this bread is just about as great as it is eating it. Your home will smell like an Italian eatery...MMMmmmm.
