Pizza Rizza

These personal dessert pizzas are unique in flavor with the chocolate, espresso and banana. Also, they are baked on biscuits.
Ingredients
- 1 pack biscuit dough
- 1 jar honey
- 1 pack semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp instant espresso
- 1-2 bananas, sliced
- 2 tsp sugar

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out each biscuit to about 1/4 inch then bake for 5 minutes. Melt chocolate in a double boiler with espresso and honey. Slice banana and spread chocolate mix over dough. Add bananas and sprinkle sugar over pizzas and bake for 5 more minutes.
