Cinnamon rolls ala Rhonda; sour cream dough rolled with walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Butter
  • 1 pt. Sour Cream
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1.5 cup Walnuts
  • 1.5 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinammon

Method

Combine butter & sour cream. Add flour. Divide into 4ths, squish into a frisbee type shape, wrap in plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight. Chop walnuts (fine), add sugar and cinnamon to the filling. Roll out 1 piece of the dough on a floured surface into a circle as large/thin as you can. Sprinkle 1/4 of the filling mixture over the circle evenly. Cut the circle into 16 wedges and roll fat end to narrow end. Repeat with the other 3 sections. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly brown. Cool and drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
