Ingredients:
| 1 box | Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix |
| 1 | Large Egg, beaten |
| 1× 16 oz | (2 Cups) Sour Cream |
| 1 stick | (1/2 Cup) Margarine or Butter, melted |
| 1× 14 oz. can | Cream-style Corn |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and spread the batter into a greased rectangular pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on the top. When you insert a toothpick, make sure it comes out clean.
