This long-favorite recipe combines a small package of corn muffin mix with sour cream, melted butter or margarine, egg and cream-style corn.

  • Servings: 4-6


1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Large Egg, beaten
1× 16 oz (2 Cups) Sour Cream
1 stick (1/2 Cup) Margarine or Butter, melted
1× 14 oz. can Cream-style Corn


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and spread the batter into a greased rectangular pan.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on the top. When you insert a toothpick, make sure it comes out clean.
