Southern-Style Cornbread

This long-favorite recipe combines a small package of corn muffin mix with sour cream, melted butter or margarine, egg and cream-style corn.Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy Corn muffin Mix
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 16 oz (2 cups) Sour Cream
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) Margarine or butter, melted
- 1 14 oz. can Cream-style Corn

Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and spread the batter into a greased rectangular pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on the top. When you insert a toothpick, make sure it comes out clean.
