|1 box||Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix|
|1||Large Egg, beaten|
|1× 16 oz||(2 Cups) Sour Cream|
|1 stick||(1/2 Cup) Margarine or Butter, melted|
|1× 14 oz. can||Cream-style Corn|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and spread the batter into a greased rectangular pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on the top. When you insert a toothpick, make sure it comes out clean.
