This long-favorite recipe combines a small package of corn muffin mix with sour cream, melted butter or margarine, egg and cream-style corn.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and spread the batter into a greased rectangular pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on the top. When you insert a toothpick, make sure it comes out clean.
