- Servings: 12
|1¼ cup||Warm Water|
|3 cup||Bread Flour|
|1½ tb||Nonfat Dry Milk Powder|
|2 tb||Margarine or Butter|
|2 tsp||Active Dry Yeast|
|½ tsp||Salt, or to your taste|
I have already put the recipe in order for you. Just follow it step by step. Then when you have combined all that in the pan, put the pan in the bread machine & set your setting however you want them. You can bake this in the machine, but I always put it on the dough setting and let the pan do the kneading.
Then when it's raised I take it out and punch it down. Then I make it into balls or loaves of bread. I also make cinnamon rolls out of the dough by rolling the dough out and spreading margarine on it, then taking a cinnamon & sugar mixture & sprinkling it on. Then roll up and slice the dough & put it in a baking pan to raise the second time. Good luck.
Put all ingredients on the table before you start. Grease all pans. When it is finished kneading, remove and punch dough down, unless you have it set for baking in the bread machine. Otherwise, take out of bread machine and punch it down. Don't leave in bread machine, because it will keep rising & get yucky. P.S. You can make it without a bread machine, but it's a lot of work! If you have a professional electric mixer, that will work.
