Sweet Potato Pecan Cream Bread

This slightly sweet, slightly spicy bread will make your home smell heavenly.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup pecan pieces

Method
Place all the ingredients except pecans into your bread machine in the order given by the product manual and process on the basic bread cycle. At the end of the first kneading add the nuts. Continue to process and bake.
Notes: Serve warm, at room temperature or toasted with whipped honey butter or cream cheese.
