Sweety Mexican Cornbread

Cornbread loaded with ground beef, cream style corn, cheese and jalapeno peppers.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cups milk
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) cream style corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped jalapenos (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Method
Brown ground meat and drain excess oil. Add salt and pepper, mix well. Mix Jiffy cornbread with eggs and milk. Add meat, corn, cheese, and jalapenos. Pour into 8" baking pan and bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
Notes: If you do not like the sweet taste of Jiffy corn bread, use your own favorite cornbread recipe. Great with your favorite soup.
