Tamale Cornbread

Serve this cornbread with your favorite chili or salad. The corn and jalapenos add flavor that is unbeatable.Ingredients
- 1 8.5 oz box cornbread mix
- 1 15 oz can chili without beans
- 1 15 oz can kernel corn, drained
- 4 jalapenos, chopped
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup dried minced onions
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro

Method
Follow directions on the box for cornbread mix. Add other ingredients and mix well. Bake as directed on box, or until cornbread pops back up when pressed gently.
