Tomato Herb Rolls

Use a bread machine or let the dough rise traditionally to make these tasty tomato herb rolls. These dinner rolls go with a variety of menus, so try them tonight.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cup Warm Water
  • 3 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Rosemary
  • 2 Tsp. Dill
  • 1/2 tsp. Sage
  • 1/2 Tsp. Oregano
  • 10 Pieces sun dried tomatoes
  • (not packed in oil)
  • 1 Tbsp. Yeast

Method

In a bread machine bring to dough stage. If you do not have a bread machine proceed as for normal bread making. Punch down and form into 12 balls or place in bun pans well greased. Cover and rise for one hour baste with egg white and water. Bake 400 degrees 20 minutes.
